In 1999 Corporacion E.G. acquired Barnes de Colombia in Bogota Colombia. This company is now the leader of the supply of pumps in the Colombian market, and producer of electric and engine pumps. The company already has more than 50 years of experience in the Colombian market and with the strategically based assembly facilities in Mexico, Panama y Argentina its products are being exported to the entire American continent.

The leadership position was attained by the continuous supply of efficient design, high quality pump equipment and other related products. The company counts on an experienced engineering team and technicians who are specialized in the production of the Barnes products.

The Barnes de Colombia product is also being assembled and distributed in different countries in the Americas under the “Barnes de Colombia” / “Barnes” and “WDM” brands.
